This big monsters need to be feed if you want your lab to remain in one piece. Use the physics and other tools from the level in order to get the food in the animals mouths, if you fail to do so, they might eat you. Shoot after the level is properly configured to deliver the food to the little monsters. Use the mouse to interact with the interactive objects.
